Frequently asked questions
Another question about media? Write to us, we reply fast.
Which files can I add?
Photos and videos, in common formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4…). Product shots, team portraits, logos, illustrations or a showreel: everything has its place in the media library.
Where are my files stored?
On our servers, alongside your website. You don’t need a separate service to host your images or videos, and you can find them from any computer.
How do I add an image to my website?
Ask your AI, in your own words: “add the team photo to the About page”. It finds the file in your media library and adds it to the page, in your website’s style.
What is alt text for?
It describes the image in one sentence. Google uses it to understand your visuals and show them in its results, screen readers read it aloud to people with visual impairments, and it appears if the image fails to load.
Do I have to write the descriptions myself?
You can, from the media library. You can also ask your AI to draft them for you, then review and adjust them.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You upload your files and talk to your AI: it takes care of adding your images and videos to your pages.

How it works
No folders to email, no links to copy and paste. Upload your media once, then use it wherever you like, just by talking to your AI.
Step 01
Drop in your photos and videos
Drag your files into your website’s media library, right from the editor. Product shots, team photos, your shop, a showreel: everything uploads in seconds, several files at a time.

Step 03
Alt text for every image and video
Describe in one sentence what each image or video shows. This alt text helps Google understand your visuals and show them in its results, and it’s read aloud to people with visual impairments. Write it yourself, or ask your AI to draft it.

Step 04
Add them by talking to your AI
Just ask: “Put the café photo in the homepage hero.” Your AI finds the right file from its description and places it on the page, with its alt text, in your website’s style.
